Citation and commencement

article 1 + 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Provision of Early Learning and Childcare (Specified Children) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025 and, subject to paragraph (2), comes into force on 1 April 2025.

(2) Article 2(a) comes into force on 6 April 2025.
