Citation, commencement and interpretation

article 1 + 1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Railway Closure (Exclusion) (Hairmyres) Order 2025 and comes into force on 18 May 2025.

term the station at hairmyres + (2) In this Order, “the station at Hairmyres” means the railway station situated adjacent to Eaglesham Crescent, Hairmyres, South Lanarkshire, G75 8SW.
