Transitional provision: section 23 of the Act

regulation 6 + 6.  Despite the coming into force of section 23 of the Act, the Scottish Commission on Social Security is not required to prepare a report mentioned in section 22(4A) of the 2018 Act relating to any period before 1 April 2025.
