Citation, commencement and interpretation

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 14 April 2025.

term the act + (2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Act 2025.
