The Young Carer Grants Regulations 2019

schedule paragraph 4 + 4.—(1) This paragraph applies where an individual’s application for assistance was made on or after 1 April 2024 and before 1 April 2025.

(2) Despite regulation 6, regulation 12 of the Young Carer Grants Regulations 2019 continues to have effect on and after 1 April 2025 as it did immediately before that date for the purpose of determining the amount of assistance to which the individual is entitled.
