term 2023 act The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(2) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (“2023 Act”)(1).
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs is a relevant national authority for the purposes of section 14(2) of the 2023 Act(2).

The term “relevant national authority” is defined in section 21(1) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023
