regulation 4 + 4.  For the purpose of exercising the Commissioner’s functions of overseeing and reporting on the operations of the Act, the Commissioner may in particular—

regulation 4 a + (a)provide advice and make recommendations;

regulation 4 b + (b)undertake or commission research;

regulation 4 c + (c)publish—

regulation 4 c i + (i)reports,

regulation 4 c ii + (ii)advice and recommendations,

regulation 4 c iii + (iii)other relevant information.
