regulation 3 + 3.—(1) In these Regulations—

term claims regulations + “Claims Regulations” means the Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance (Claims and Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1);

term decisions and appeals regulations + “Decisions and Appeals Regulations” means the Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(2);

term universal credit regulations + “Universal Credit Regulations” means the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(3).
