29Coming into force

section 29 1 + (1)The following provisions come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—

section 29 1 a + (a)in Part 1—

section 29 1 a i + (i)sections 1, 16, 21 and 22 (in so far as it relates to paragraph 3(b) of Schedule 1);

section 29 1 a ii + (ii)paragraphs‍‍ 2(1) and (6), 3(b), 5(1) and (4), 7(1), (3), (4), (14) and (15) of Schedule 1;

section 29 1 b + (b)in Part 2, sections 23 and 26;

section 29 1 c + (c)this Part.

section 29 2 + (2)The other provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.

section 29 3 + (3)An order under subsection (2) may make transitional or saving provision.
